Problems with the Pop Wi-Fi repeater?Free offers a dedicated site to ask your questions
With the Freebox Pop, Free also presented a new practical accessory: a smart Wi-Fi repeater. And in the event of a problem with this device, a dedicated bugtracker is available to help you.
The brand new free accessory, available for Freebox Pop subscribers and on demand for Freebox Delta subscribers has its own bugtracker. As with all its freebox, but also some mobile applications (Freebox, Freebox Connect), it is possible to report problems encountered, so that a developer can help you.You will find the dedicated page by clicking here.
In addition to the possibility of seeing if other subscribers have encountered the same difficulties as you (and if the developers have already given the solution) and to suggest developments, a FAQ section is proposed. It brings together various questions/problems frequently encountered, with a response from developers each time. Here are the questions asked.
