The government of Mario Draghi has indeed adopted regulations requiring workers in the public and private sector to be in possession of a document attesting to a double anti-Covid vaccination to access their workplace. Employees without a health passport will nevertheless be able to continue to work, provided they submit to an antigenic test every 48 hours.
