TP-Link Tapo C310 test: outdoor Wi-Fi camera for small budgets
When it comes to the interface and functionality of the Tapo application, we have a few exceptions to the same features as the interior C200 model.
The first screen gives access to the live view. Several shortcuts are arranged to avoid having to enter the settings menu to perform certain actions. For example, you can take a screenshot or start a recording, enable or disable the confidential mode that allows you to cut the broadcast and the recording without having to disconnect the camera, talk or make a call...
To go further, the warning and detection system is configurable. It is possible to define a zone of activity (rather imprecise because it is necessarily rectangular) and to adjust the sensitivity of the movement between "low", "normal" and "high". Three levels of sensitivity, therefore, we would have liked this function to be a little more customizable as is the case with some competitors. And no AI here to differentiate between humans and animals.
