How to use the active break?
In order to activate the active pause, you must be in navigation mode. To enter navigation mode, you need to click on the left stick. This way, the cursor and a toolbar will appear on the screen.
At the top left of the toolbar, you will find the active pause activation button. Click on it with your cursor to freeze the game.
To get out of the active pause, just click on the dedicated button again. To regain control of your device, it is the navigation mode that you will have to leave this time by pressing the left stick again.
How to use photo mode (free camera)?
If you want to wander around your device freely or simply explore an area of the map in every corner of the map without the constraints of driving, you can activate drone mode. To do this, follow the steps below:
In the toolbar you will find a camera logo, click on it to access the camera settings.
To access the photo mode, click on "showcase". A page will appear with the drone mode settings.
Control the camera freely
By default, the drone mode offers a dynamic camera that effectively gives the impression of flying a drone to the first person. If you want to erase these camera effects and wander freely on the map, you must deselect the boxes "drone followed mode" and "drone lock mode".
You are now ready to roam around your camera as you please. To start controlling the free camera, you need to exit the navigation mode by clicking on the left stick. Then, the control of the camera is very easy to handle with the two sticks as well as the trigger to raise or lower the camera.
If you want the camera to move faster, simply increase the value of the "drone speed" tab in the camera options of the navigation mode.
Some tips to improve navigation
Quickly close a window to the screen:
If you want to quickly close a window on the screen, simply position your cursor anywhere on the window and click on the X button of the controller.
Disable markers on screen (cities, planes, points of interest...):
In order to make nice pictures that will not be spoiled by the marker of a city or an airplane, you can of course disable all the markers on the screen. To do this, follow the following steps:
- Allez au menu « options d’assistance »
- Cliquez sur « Point d’intérêt » Vous aurez alors la possibilité d’activer ou désactiver les marqueurs que vous souhaitez voir à l’écran.
Resize or move a pop-up window:
To resize or move a pop-up window, act like you're on a computer. With your cursor in navigation mode, go to the end of a window to resize it or by holding the selection button A down to move it anywhere you want on the screen.
