The solidarity fund for the months of October 2020 to December 2021
Nightclubs, French Guiana and Mayotte
Discotheques (ERP type P) and VSEs/SMEs located in Guyana and Mayotte benefit from a “tailor-made” solidarity fund. The decree of November 2, 2020:
For the aid for the month of December, nightclubs benefit from the common law system but still benefit from additional aid of up to €45,000 intended to cover the sum of their fixed charges from September to November 2020. The fixed charges taken into account by this aid are:
The decree of January 28 postpones the deadline for requesting this aid from January 31, 2021 to February 28, 2021. Nightclubs that have already received this aid can request an additional payment in order to benefit from the recent integration by a decree published in the Official Journal on 1 January 2021 in eligible fixed charges for electricity, gas and water subscriptions as well as chartered accountant fees.
As a reminder, a decree of September 30 had ratified the majority of the improvements announced on September 17 by Alain Griset, Minister in charge of SMEs (opening of part 2 to managers receiving retirement pensions of more than €1,500, new calculation of the more advantageous aid, more advantageous aid calculation, etc.). A second decree was, however, expected for the renewal of part 2 "until the end of 2020".
Regarding aid for Mayotte, a decree published in the Official Journal on April 11 renews the derogatory system for so-called “other” companies with fewer than 250 employees now benefiting from aid capped at €3,000 instead of €1,500. Attention, the derogatory regime for Mayotte is abolished in April due to the deconfinement started in this territory since March 15, 2021.
