"Sécours" calls for projects
The agricultural and agrifood sectors are today facing major economic, social, environmental and health challenges. It is a question of supporting their development, of strengthening their European leadership or their international positioning while accelerating the necessary transformations to better meet the expectations of consumers, integrate agro-ecological transition, climate change and ensure distributionequitable value within sectors. It seems necessary today to better coordinate interventions on the scale of the sectors to strengthen their lever effect and produce tangible results in terms of competitiveness and/or upmarket. The strengthening of the Avenir Bio fund, the implementation of support tools for the assembly of projects and support for investments in a collective dynamic of the supra-regional scale will make it possible to improve the lastructuring of the agricultural sectorsand French agrifoods by intervening in a logic of complementarity with the existing tools of PIA3 and PDR.Three tools are thus mobilized to meet the challenges of transformation and rise in range in agricultural, food, fishing and aquaculture sectors:
This tool, operated by Bpifrance, is intended to strengthen the competitiveness of French strategic sectors through innovation, by allowing the use of production means or infrastructure of shared tests, tests or research-development, or toolsdigital data sharing, by encouraging the dissemination, within sectors or downstream, of the best know-how and the technologies that are their own, or even by promoting the conquest of new markets by collective procedures. This call for projects also includes a component intended to support the implementation of digital platforms in the Sectors of the National Industry Council (CNI) as well as a component aimed at supporting pooling and data sharing initiatives.
The call for projects is open until January 29, 2020 with an intermediate statement on October 2, 2019.For more information, see the Bpifrance website.
This tool, operated by Franceagimer, aims to identify and support over the next 5 years a hundred investment projects deemed priority at the national level and be part of collective procedures mobilizing different links of a given sector. The action will be conducted in two stages:
