Unless otherwise agreed, the soiling bonus is calculated in proportion to the employee's working time.It is therefore not paid during absences and paid holidays.
Each collective agreement determines the methods of calculating the soiling bonus.Thus, its amount can be variable depending on the exchange frequencies.The lump sum of the soiling bonus is therefore determined according to the outfits, the position held, the frequency of washing practiced by employees.
The premium is calculated monthly according to the hours worked by the employee.
