- 2 months to 2 years in prison and a fine of 5.000 to 200.000 DH for any refusal of control by the competent authorities or presentation of erroneous data.

- fines of 10.000 to 20.000 DH for any exploitation, amplification of capacity or modification of the production site in contradiction with the provisions of the authorization issued, with entry of the equipment and substances used.

If the part relating to the sanctions has been reviewed, the Amisole believes that the basic problem persists.
