Jean-Marc JANCOVICI. - Unfortunately, he's thin. Public opinion certainly no longer hears talk of global warming, but the proportion of those who have fully understood the problem is no higher. I recently found out that a minister believed that reducing greenhouse gas emissions in a country was primarily about preserving that country's climate. This is one example among many others. Two-thirds of French people think that nuclear power is as harmful as hydrocarbons for the climate, and most people think that ten years would be enough for the planet to regain a climatic balance if we stopped all emissions overnight.
