Hanwha Solutions Corp, the energy arm of chemical and financial conglomerate Hanwha Group, announced on Monday that it would acquire a French renewable energy developer as part of its expansion strategy.
Hanwha Solutions will buy all the shares of French wind and solar power company RES Méditerranée for 984.3 billion won (726 million euros) on October 20, the company said in a regulatory document .
